App: Push Notification History

Push notifications are used at the camps to send out timely information, particularly about programming changes or weather events.  They appear at the top of your device, and once cleared, they are not accessible from the app. 

The following guide show you how to access those messages native to Android and iPhone.

Android

1. Open your device settings (generally you swipe down from the top and click the cog)
2. Select Notifications
3. Select Advanced Settings
4. Select Notification History.  Ensure that this is ON.  If it is, you will see ALL notifications that have arrived to your device from all apps

iOS

1. Open Notification Center by swiping down from the center of the top left of your screen or by swiping up on your locked home screen.
2. View the history of notifications.

You cannot view notifications once they are cleared/deleted, so do not clear or tap onthe notification until you are done with it.iOS does not have a full history of cleared/deleted notifications.By tapping on the notification, you will be taken to the app, and the message will clear.iOS does not have a full history of notifications.
